Reading is Fun! 50th Post!!

Yay! This just so happens to be my 50th post! I'm surpised I'm creative enough to have come up with 50 things anyone would bother reading. Go me! Haha, anyways...

I've spent probably about 2 hours sitting on the computer looking for books I've read or want to read. My list for already read is way to short but I just can't seem to remember what I have read. I'm pretty disappointed in myself. During summer I usually read at least 5 books if not more and I don't think I've finished one! I've become very lazy. I'm in the middle of reading Duma Key by Stephen King. Hopefully when school starts I'll get back into reading some more because I have a pretty big list of the books I want. Would you like to see? Maybe you will enjoy some of these as well.

Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater

Time travelers wife by Audrey Niffenegger

Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson

Before I Die by Jenny Downham

Identical by Ellen Hopkins

The Truth About Forever by Sarah Dessen

Need by Carrie Jones

Uglies by Scott Westerfeld

Evermore by Alyson noel

Angela's ashes by Frank McCourt

The Blue Girl by Charles De Lint

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas

Boy Meets Boy by David levithan

A Certain Slant Of Light by Laura Whitcomb

The Dive From Clausen's Pier by Ann packer

Elsewhere by Gabrielle Zevin

The Forest Of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan

Gathering Blue by Lois Lowry

The Girls by Lori Lansens

The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold

Memoirs Of A Teenage Amnesiac by Gabrielle zevin

Some of them may sound a little strange and some of them are but when I go to my favorite store (Barnes and Nobles!!) I'll have a chance to read a page or two so I won't buy something I'm not going to like. Mind you most of these are Young Adult. And if you have anymore suggestions I would love to hear them.

Oh, I put a list in my sidebar of the books I have already read and enjoyed. Check them out if your interested!!

&&since where talking about books. Have you heard of this thing called a Kindle? It's a wireless reading device. You can download books to it and take it anywhere. Personally I rather have a book though. There's just something about a book that makes it much better. Here is the link for a Kindle if your interested. It's pretty pricey though. And below is a picture of a Kindle.

Congrats on your 50th post!

I haven't read much this summer, either (other than blogs). I'm sure I'll be much more in the mood for a good book when the whether turns colder.
