My daughter is about your age and she has read every single one of them a minimum of 5 times each. I also read them (only once, though) and found them intriguing as well. The movie doesn't compare, btw.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01169693305157071792noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4852679210214052617.post-62018099108971811742009-03-19T08:22:00.000-07:002009-03-19T08:22:00.000-07:00Oh, did I forget to tell you I gave you a shout ou...Oh, did I forget to tell you I gave you a shout out on my blog? LOL! Actually, she said "recommend books" and I couldn't stay away.

Since you have read quite a few Stephen King books, I am assuming that you like him? If so, you MUST check out "The Talisman" and "Black House"...in that order, as they go together. Also, I finished "Duma Key" not long ago and was NOT disappointed.

If you are into twisted, semi-historical novels, my favorite book is one titled "Fox's Earth" by Anne Rivers Siddons. It's quite a long winded read, but it's the story of one southern woman's "legacy" (read: crazy genes) and how it affects her family and those around her. It spans from the mid 1800s to 1960-ish. It's a GREAT read...if you're into that kind of thing!Raoulysgirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08656303112052173326noreply@blogger.com
