Go Team!

Yesterday was my boyfriends first football game. Any guesses on what the final score was? 47-0! Yay! He did such an amazing job and I am very very proud of him. Here are a few pictures. I took way more than a few(haha) but these are my favorite.

This was the final score of the game. Pretty awesome, huh?
My love is the only one with blonde hair.haha If you can't find that he is in front of #83.
He is number 58 standing all funny.haha

I was going to post some other stuff but the computer I'm using at the moment is my boyfriends and he downloaded something and got a virus that now keeps saying "Runtime Error" with a bunch of numbers and it won't let me upload any more photos. Oh well, gives me something to try and post tomorrow! Anyways, have a great weekend!

I have a new blog!

Recently I have been searching for new blogs to follow that involve book reviews and what not. Well today I decided to make my own! It is called Wireman Says... and you can find it by clicking on the link! You may follow if you want and I hope it turns out as good as I hope. You'll understand the meaning behind the blogs name if you go visit it. Some of you may already understand.

Today is my boyfriends first football game. Wish him luck! His poor skinny self is on the line and as he was explaining to me usually guys on the line are supposed to be big. And he is not big. Muscular but not huge. Although he is rather fast so I'm sure he will do awesome. Anyways, check out my new blog. I'm not sure how often I will post on it but if you follow you'll be updated.

Happy Thursday!

Recycling t-shirts!

Today Willoughby, her daughter and I wanted to do some craft projects. We found alot of sweet ideas on a website called Instructables. Check it out. Anyways, so we went to the dollar store to get some supplies and ended up not finding what we wanted. All we left with was candy. We came up with the idea to make bracelets out of t-shirts. Then from our very own imagination made belts, necklaces and headbands. I'll show you how to make some now.

Bracelets!

First, find an old t-shirt you don't mind getting rid of.

Cut the sleeve's into as many strips as you want your bracelet to be thick. I used two or three.

Also cut a thinner strip to cover and wrap around the seams.

You'll stretch them all out. If there a little big it's okay. You can wrap it a few times if needed.

You'll end up with something like this.

Head Band!

Take a t-shirt and cut the bottom part as straight as possible.

Wrap it around so it's doubled it it's too big. I used a kids t-shirt. If it's too small cut it and tie it behind your head.

Have fun!

**Warning: It gets quite messy. Only because some t-shirts shed. Easy clean up though!**

Goodbye Summer.

Summer is coming to a close and it makes me sad. This was my last job free summer. Next summer a job is a requirement and I don't wanna! haha But really I should have had a job this summer but with the economy no one would hire me. Anyways, I get to go back to school soon and I'm super nervous seeing as it is a new school. But I'll have my wonderful boyfriend by my side.

**You should all check out this blog. Her name is AJ and she loves Harry Potter like myself. She also has written an addition to the Harry Potter stories. You can find that here.**

If you ever get bored and want something to do online you can check out these websites. Here's a list. Have funn!!

1: This lets you draw a picture of whatever your heart desires and it makes it look like a sketch. It's really fun.

2: This one lets you take a photo of yourself and put it into a yearbook from whatever year you want. Quite funny.

3: This site lets you play with sand! Click on the gray box to start. I got about 20 minutes of amusement out of this one.=]

4: Don't know how to hug? This will teach you how!

5: This is completely pointless and really funny.

6: Blog tips, suggestions and what not. =]

And here are some blogs you should stop by as well:

2: FU, Penguin(Note: This has swearing so if you don't like swearing don't click on the linkk)

Reading is Fun! 50th Post!!

Yay! This just so happens to be my 50th post! I'm surpised I'm creative enough to have come up with 50 things anyone would bother reading. Go me! Haha, anyways...
See full size image
I've spent probably about 2 hours sitting on the computer looking for books I've read or want to read. My list for already read is way to short but I just can't seem to remember what I have read. I'm pretty disappointed in myself. During summer I usually read at least 5 books if not more and I don't think I've finished one! I've become very lazy. I'm in the middle of reading Duma Key by Stephen King. Hopefully when school starts I'll get back into reading some more because I have a pretty big list of the books I want. Would you like to see? Maybe you will enjoy some of these as well.

I'll have a chance to read a page or two so I won't buy something I'm not going to like. Mind you most of these are Young Adult. And if you have anymore suggestions I would love to hear them.

Oh, I put a list in my sidebar of the books I have already read and enjoyed. Check them out if your interested!!

&&since where talking about books. Have you heard of this thing called a Kindle? It's a wireless reading device. You can download books to it and take it anywhere. Personally I rather have a book though. There's just something about a book that makes it much better. Here is the link for a Kindle if your interested. It's pretty pricey though. And below is a picture of a Kindle.

You couldn't slap the smile off my face!

I am so incredibly happy right now. I've been asking and begging my dad to let me switch schools since last summer and he just now agreed!! It's because the school I was attending is making some major cuts like hot lunches, buses for 9-12 grades and 11 teachers! They cut some last year too! Yet somehow they where able to put in a new parking lot and a round about. But long last I get to go where I want for my last year of high school! And the best part about going to this new school? My boyfriend Alex also goes there! And some of my new friends.=]

Now on to the funn part of my post.=]

I want it. But only because it changes! It's awesome.

This one is sweet. It shows you the color your coffee should be for milky, regular, dark or just coffee.=]

Oh my goodness. I think I'm going to have to do this with my hair now. Haha

Doesn't this look strange?lol Awesome hair.

I can't even lie. I love her hair. But I would look like a dork.

I want this barbie.=]=]

I'm a weirdo, what can I say?

When I get bored I usually go on this website called Oddee.com and find funny, interesting and strange articles or pictures. I figured I would share a few (or alot) with you.

For some reason I feel Willoughby would like these...

I have a feeling this would taste really bad. But if you love chocolate..

Ashleigh, from Melbourne, Australia, is allergic to water of any temperature, a condition she's lived with since she was 14. She suffers from an extremely rare skin disorder called Aquagenic Urticaria

Does Ice Cream sound good right now? Most likely it won't in a second.

You can have...

Bacon Ice Cream

Potato Ice Cream

Charcoal Ice Cream

or..

Sweet Corn Ice Cream

Still want some ice cream??

There are just a few. When I find some more I'll post them but right now I'm sleepy. Do you ever realize how tired you are after swimming? Especially when you have races. Right Willoughy?lol

Thursday, August 13, 2009

I logged onto blogger to read over the few blogs I like before I went to bed and Willoughby's post got me thinking.(if you haven't read it check it out.) She described how today was last year, two years ago, 3 years ago and so on. I thought about it and even though i'm only 17 alot has changed in my life. Such as,

In 2007 I had my first boyfriend which is still currently my boyfriend and I hope it stays that way. He is amazing and has made me a better person. I'm less shy and more comfortable with myself now.

In late 2007/early 2008 I stopped living with my mom. She has a drinking problem and was unresponsible. I was better off with my dad. But now i'm so much closer with him and we make a great team.=]

In 2006 I became a freshman!! I was so scared and now all that seems silly.

Even as far back as 1997. That was the year my mom got remarried to my no longer step dad Tim. 2 years later, in 1999, I got a brother!! Then in 2003 or 2004 they got divorced and I had to leave all my friends and live in a different town. I didn't know then that i would lose the greatest friend I have ever had.

People change life changes and sometimes it sucks. But when it does I just try to think about the future and how hopefully everything will work out and all the things that seem bad now will seem silly later.
